The top three beauty products I bought this month were chosen from a quagmire of new releases for their great performance, high quality, and prices that won’t immediately give you heart palpitations.

First little gem: elf Cosmetic’s vibrant Camo Blush is a liquid blush that gives you intense, long-lasting color with just a little bit of product. To be honest, I think most people buy one and use it for the rest of their lives. It requires a pinhead to apply, but very little is needed.

I’ve used it before pinky promise This is a lovely fresh cool toned pink.Camouflage Blush is £7 at Elf online*.

Next, we took a look at Inkey List’s new launch – Bio-Active Ceramide Moisturizer – £19. here*. This is a gorgeous buttery, intensely moisturizing ceramide-filled face cream (which helps keep your skin barrier beautiful, healthy, and strong, and in turn, skin hydrated and protected) and really It feels rich and expensive. But that’s not the case. That’s because Inkey List keeps everything else to a minimum, including the decidedly less luxurious packaging. If your face is dry and dissatisfied and you are completely tired of the winter weather, this cream will support you until spring. It’s not over yet, guys…

There are other things you can do for your face. Start incorporating those peptides into your daily life. For many of us, the sudden marketing rush for peptides feels like a rush. we just introduced retinoids! we cried. Where do peptides come from?what on earth are they doing?

To be fair, peptides are not new. These make up certain proteins such as collagen and elastin, and we all know how important they are. It’s so important that a lot of people gulp down collagen drinks, chew collagen gummies, inject collagen into their bodies, and do all sorts of things that frankly seem very upsetting to me. However, please never tell me not to do that.

In any case, peptides are nothing new, and the right peptides in a good product can help address fine lines and wrinkles, support your skin, and make it as plump as possible. Luckily, they’re easy to incorporate into your skin care routine, don’t require much thought, and have no downtime or side effects. Unlike retinoids, which require caution with other products used at the same time, and possibly strong acids, which require caution with sun exposure. You can swap out a peptide serum for your regular moisturizer, or find a peptide-enriched cream to use at the end of the night or before sunscreen in the morning.

I tend to pack in a hydrating serum and moisturizer between retinoid nights (like clockwork, I use it every other night). Get as much moisture into your skin as possible. I’ve been using Olay Peptide Max Serum in place of my usual serum lately, and it’s silky, refined, and just as easy to hydrate as the serum I replaced it with. And at the moment, if you have a Boots Advantage card, you can buy it for £25 instead of £44, so we’re calling it a bargain. here it is*. I don’t know how long this offer will last, but it’s a good one. An easy-to-use serum that lets you incorporate peptides into your skin care routine with minimal effort.

Next month, we’ll be sharing three more of our best beauty buys. Great bargains and solid budget-friendly alternatives to the more expensive items on your wish list.
