For the first time in several years, we will be featuring a skin care brand from Vancouver. Okoko Cosmetics As for Cosmetic Proof, that’s mainly because I’ve been using the same product over and over again since my last review (here) because I love it and I don’t feel the need to change it up too much. But there is one product that I haven’t talked about yet that is fun and interesting to use. It’s Delice Overnight Mask.
Like many of Okoko’s products, Delice has a fun red color and a “gelato-like” consistency, making it suitable for normal, aging, congested, and dull skin. This mask contains encapsulated retinol and niacinamide to maintain potency, as well as dragon’s blood extract, which tightens the skin and acts as a powerful antioxidant.
When it comes to my personal experience with this night mask, the first thing I would like to say is that I use a spoon because the texture is gelatinous. The sample below looks dirty and red, but when I massage the mask into my skin it feels somewhat soothing, but I think my skin still has a bit of a tanned undertone. It has a very nice vanilla scent and is easy to wash off in the morning.
