Lifted liner tip
For this makeup look, I tried out an eyeliner technique for the first time by a makeup artist. daily beauty jane We recently introduced you to Erica Taylor! She’s been doing makeup for over 20 years and posts lots of beauty tips for over 40s.
She suggests applying liner strategically to the outer corners of your eyes to give your eyelids a more lifted look.
I’m really happy with the results. I think my hooded bit certainly looks a little less hooded. And it’s very easy to do.
Also, lip liner is your friend
Oh, and a big shout out to the Wet Seal salesman who introduced me to the power of lip liner back in 1996, haha! She convinced me to line and fill in my lips with a lip pencil and then top it off with lip balm.
I did it here using MAC Half Red Lip Liner and Biossun Slip Balm. 🙂 Try it with your favorite lip liner.
