I really wanted it Inkey List Oat Cleansing Balm Makeup Remover It smells like freshly baked oatmeal cookies. Unfortunately, when you first open the package, it’s like uncooked oatmeal. It’s a bit earthy. do not worry!
This balm is a first cleanser that also removes all waterproof makeup. I had heard good reviews, but what interested me the most was the price. It’s only $13 for a sizable 5-ounce tube. I love shopping quite a bit!
I’ve been using this for the past few days to remove my face for work. It’s not too complicated in the makeup department, but you do need long-lasting eye makeup products, such as water-resistant mascaras and gels. A liner that will last a lifetime. As a side note, here is the rare beauty, hey!
Both oat cleansing balms dissolve quickly, but FYI, you like to apply liner to your waterline. We recommend using additional eye makeup remover. This is because this temporary cloudiness appears in your eyes. (Sometimes this happens when using certain cleansing balms.)
Considering the amount you get for the price, I don’t think it’s a problem. This is a great deal.
