Hello, sweet friend. I woke up at dawn with the chickens and tried hard to finish my writing, but my body refused to cooperate and continued to sleep instead. lol. I think it’s been a long and exciting week, including my new job.
Competitive dance season has begun, and this is the first weekend of juggling schedules, drivers, packing snacks and lunches, costumes, hair and makeup, and more. It’s hard work, but it’s a lot of fun for girls. I love spending time with Connor and her dance friends. Soon they’ll be driving themselves to rehearsals and performances, and they won’t need us moms as much. 🙂
Anyway, this yellow costume with feathers, which is one of their daily routines, is very cute. It’s tap dancing and they’re dressed like little chickens. However, the feathers will be scattered all over the place.
