Happy Halloween, friends! I didn’t really have any plans to dress up this year, but apparently today I unintentionally walked around as a zombie…I had dark circles under my eyes for days.
I couldn’t sleep at all last night, so I was awake early in the morning. Hmm, hormones. How rude of you to deprive me of my precious sleep!
Why do random thoughts flood my head late at night? Around 3am, I had a revelation that food-related Halloween costumes really are the best. Pizza, pineapple and berries? Yes, please. From this point on, anything food related is fine.
Is that the best too? All costumes are 80’s themed. Now that I think about it, I wish I had pulled it all together and dressed up as Madonna from Desperately Seeking Susan. Sigh.

OK, I’ll have another cup of coffee…you’ve got to do what you gotta do to survive the school costume parade and trick-or-treating, right?
