CDU: Can you give us some background information about ChemSolv?
Darren J. Burklebuck (DJB):ChemSolv is a US distributor of industrial chemicals, solvents, lubricants, metalworking fluids and specialty products. The company is based in Roanoke, Virginia, and he serves more than 1,400 customers across the Mid-Atlantic and East Coasts.

DJB:We are expanding our capabilities through lab activities, application-specific formulations and additional product lines to serve the cosmetic and personal care markets. Our first step is to ensure that acquisitions and new suppliers bring complementary product lines to her IPG’s existing portfolio.
