Naeemah Lafond is a Haitian-American, Brooklyn-born hairstylist and international educator. She is recognized worldwide for creating iconic statements for runways, global advertising campaigns, leading fashion publications and top hair care brands. She is the 2024 Naha Editorial Stylist of the Year. Outside of her work in the chair, LaFon wrote a viral, conversational guide on how the industry can make black artists and textured hair more comprehensive, and launched a mentoring program for hair stylists, focusing on black women in fashion.
