My review of Fenty Beauty

I really like the doe foot of this concealer. The shape is great and it fits easily into every corner. It’s very flexible and very pliable (in a good way), which makes applying the concealer really soft and gentle on delicate skin.

Fenty Beauty We’re Even Hydrated Concealer feels very light on the skin and blends very beautifully. The texture is quite thin so it’s not a full coverage concealer, but it’s a great medium. If your under-eyes or dark circles are very dark and you want full coverage, you may need to use a different color corrector or a high-coverage concealer instead.

As for the finish, this concealer initially has a soft sheen to it, but as it dries, this diminishes, but it doesn’t give a matte finish. It beautifully illuminates the skin, making it healthy and moisturized. The staying power is very good. We tested it on a sweaty Peloton ride and it performed very well.

In terms of color, I think 150N suits your skin, but if you want to make your under-eye area look brighter, I think 140N is also fine. This concealer darkens just a little bit when you put it on your skin, but only slightly.

I really like blending this with my fingers and it’s easy to pat into the skin. Alternatively, use a small fluffy brush for a more transparent finish.

I think the Fenty Beauty We’re Even Hydrated Concealer is very suitable for more mature skin types. I found the Pro Filtr Concealer (review here) a little drying and too matte for my under eye area. This one definitely suits me better.
