I finally got to try the Haus Lab Triklon Skin Tech Foundation and I’m really enjoying it. Here’s what you need to know:
What is Hauslabo Triclone Skin Tech Foundation?
Haus Labs is Lady Gaga’s makeup brand. sephora uk*Early this year. The foundation is infused with fermented arnica, which makes it very unique.
The formula is explained as follows.

of undertone teeth:
- warm: Pink, rosy or peach tones – when it gets warmer, the skin becomes flushed and red. The veins in the wrist are primarily blue or purple.
- nice: Yellow, golden or olive color – after spending time in the sun, the skin is more prone to tanning. The veins in the wrist are primarily green.
- neutral: A balance of golden + rosy tones – the veins on the wrist are a mixture of blue and green.
I usually have what is considered a neutral skin tone, but I actually went with the shade 130 Light Warm. I think this suits my skin tone very well.

My review of Haus Labs Triclone Skin Tech Foundation
I really don’t know why it took me this long to try this. We were matched at a launch event in the UK and samples were sent to us shortly thereafter. I feel like my life is getting in the way!
Anyway, I just tried it and I have to say it’s really, really nice. What I like about it is that it provides great coverage and a glossy finish even without makeup. Foundations with high coverage often don’t have the shine I like, but that’s not the case with this foundation.
So, when you apply this foundation, you will notice that you have a beautiful and nourished finish. Apply a light layer for an instantly brighter, healthier, and hydrated look.
I think this will give you a moist finish. If you have oily skin, this setting is recommended.
The packaging was very careful and I really liked the way the glass bottle felt in my hand. The black plump pump is unexpected with the silver cap, but the pump is very easy to control. Easily dispenses small amounts or full pumps.
What skin types is it suitable for?
I have combination skin and I think this suits my skin type well. It’s always good news for me that I can get away with not having to flour.
If you want it to last longer, use a small amount of powder where it shines the most. House Labo doesn’t say which skin type it’s best for, so I guess it’s meant to be suitable for all skin types.
I think Haus Labo’s foundation is perfect for dry and mature skin types. Oily skin types who don’t like too much shine may not like it too much.
Does it need to be powdered?
As I said, I have combination skin and I don’t primarily use powder. If you have oily skin, it is best to set it with powder.
Is it easy to apply?
I use a buffing brush to apply this foundation and find that it melts into my skin and blends very easily. When applied, it feels like a serum-type foundation.
What is the warranty?
What I love about this foundation is that it provides very good coverage with a very light layer and keeps your skin looking like bare skin. I found it to be very good at covering up redness, it also nicely minimizes pores and is great for texture and fine lines.
Haus Labs says this is a medium coverage foundation. However, I think the coverage is more than medium and still looks natural. You can use one pump all over your face, which is enough to even out your skin tone, cover redness, and give your skin a more flawless look.
What does the finish look like?
I love the brightness this foundation brings to my skin. My skin looks healthy and hydrated and has a radiant finish without any stickiness or oiliness. The skin feels weightless.
What shade would you choose?
I matched it with the shade 130 Light Warm. I think this suits my skin tone well. For reference, my other matches are:

If you’re still not sure, this table might help. I usually wear neutral tones, so I think it’s worth considering having them match warm tones.
Overall, this is my type of foundation and if you love skincare and makeup with a bright finish, I think you’ll love it too. I believe less is more with this formula, so be careful not to use too much of the product.
