I have a complicated relationship with coffee. I love it, but it doesn’t love me. A few years ago, I realized that my stomach couldn’t handle normal coffee every day. material
- 1 tablespoon. Daily dosage coffee
- 1/2 cup of warm water
- Selected 1/2 cup milk
- 1-2 tsp. Raw honey or brown sugar
- Sea salt pinch
- Heavy whipped cream splash (optional)
Instructions
- Add 1 tablespoon. Mix the daily dosage and 1/2 cup warm water in a glass.
- Add 1/2 cup of your favorite milk in another cup or bowl. Add 1-2 cups of sea salt. Honey and cream splash.
- Use foaming until thick and foamy.
- Pour in milk, blend in with the coffee and enjoy!
Note
- You can apply honey and use brown sugar if you like.
- I used almond milk, but you can use your favorite milk. Keep in mind that coconut milk is not foaming.
- If you don’t want to use daily doses, you can use 1/2 cup of strongly brewed coffee or espresso pods.

Ingredient replacement:
- Sometimes I want to go for brown sugar with honey littered. That’s my preference, but honey is healthier. You can also use regular sugar or maple syrup.
- If you really want to be luxurious, caramel is a delicious addition!!
- Sea salt is a bit subtle, but it adds a gourmet touch. You can skip if necessary. Himalayan salt or sea salt is the only salt I use in this recipe.
- I used a splash of almond milk and heavy whipped cream. You can use the milk you want. Cream can also be omitted. It is not necessary if you are using whole milk. Coconut milk is available, but does not foam.
- I highly recommend trying it out Daily dosing Because of the benefits of taste and health, however you can brew a pot of strong coffee or make this cold brew by using an espresso pod.
