Follow this step-by-step guide to create simple floral nail art using gel polish.
1. Choose a dip powder or gel polish and apply your base shade. I chose a simple natural sheer pink like G20 Erica. If you are using gel polish, be sure to cure this layer for 60 seconds. If you use dip, be sure to enable it.
2. Next, use the dotting tool end of your wax pen to draw a small circle. These will be the center of the flower. Let these harden for 60 seconds.
3. Next, use the desired color for the petals and use the dotted line tool again to draw more circles around the center circle.
4. Using a self-cleaning nail art brush, take the same color and drag to form a teardrop shape and create petals. Cure for 60 seconds.
5. Apply your favorite gel top coat and cure for an additional 60 seconds.
