Tried and selected several shades Shade 9N Tupelo As my best match. Neutral foundation shades are always best for me, but this one almost fades into my natural skin tone.
For reference, my shade of ILIA Super Serum Skin Tint SPF30 is 7. Please note that the shade of the ILIA Skin Rewind Complexion Stick does not correlate with the shade of the skin tint.
My review of ILIA Skin Rewind Complexion Stick
I always really enjoy foundation sticks because they are so easy to use and I can refill them when I need them. Just a few swipes and a quick blend and you’re ready to go.
I think my favorite stick foundation so far has been the bareMinerals Complexion Rescue Foundation Stick. It feels very moisturizing and moisturizing and melts into my skin. People didn’t talk about it enough, and I have a horrible feeling it might have been canceled. I really don’t understand what’s going on with bareMinerals. BareMinerals has had a lot of great products, but it doesn’t seem like they are moving in the right direction.
I have to say that the new ILIA Skin Rewind Complexion Stick is very similar in terms of skincare focus and shade range. I arrived just in the nick of time.
BareMinerals felt more watery and very dewy, while the ILIA formula is slightly thicker in texture and has a more matte finish. Although it is not a flat matte, it can express your skin’s natural glow.
ILIA Skin Rewind Complexion Stick is great for pores, blurring the appearance of pores and making your skin look smoother. It’s easy to blend and build up and can be easily layered on areas that need a little more coverage.
Thanks to its soft matte finish, the formula adheres to the skin and stays firmly in place. I found it to be very long lasting even on my combination skin. I had a bit of a cold and was using a tissue, but all I had to do was apply a little more around my nose.
This formula is also gentle and gentle on the delicate eye area, so it can also be used as an under-eye concealer. It is a great product that can be used for multiple purposes as it covers redness and pigmentation well.
