In this episode, we speak with psychotherapist Joshua Fletcher (aka @anxietyjosh). Not only is Josh a therapist who specializes in anxiety and panic, he’s also written three bestselling books on the subject, his latest being the wildly popular “Untangle Your Anxiety.”
Having struggled with anxiety myself for many years, I was keen to explore Joshua’s perspective on the subject and get some great tips for dealing with the anxiety I’ve been putting up with for so long.
What’s interesting to me about Josh is his honesty – he himself suffered from severe anxiety and, through hard work, overcame it, wrote a book, and became a qualified psychotherapist.
During our conversation, we talk about different aspects of living with anxiety and Josh gives us some really down-to-earth, no-bullshit, and sometimes tough advice about how to overcome anxiety.
