My review of La Mer Lip Volumizer
I really love this formula. Like many lip plumpers, it has a slightly minty scent, but it’s very mild and really enhances the hydration of your lips over time. Many of the other plumpers I’ve tried tended to dry out the delicate lip area, but this formula does the opposite.
I love the doe foot applicator. It applies the perfect amount of product to your lips and has a shape that perfectly fits the contours of your lips for easy application.
It feels very comfortable on the lips and doesn’t sting or burn in any way. And I love the way it looks on my lips. The shine is really long-lasting and you only need to reapply once or twice a day while wearing it. The best part is that you don’t need a mirror to refill. Whenever I want to get that high shine back, I take the gloss out of my purse and apply the gloss directly.
It has a non-sticky finish and is refreshing to use. I think it’s a really exciting addition to the already amazing La Mer lip collection. I love La Mer lip balms and have featured them in articles on the best lip balms for dry lips for the past few years.
The new shades for 2024 are really pretty. If you want a little more color pop, sheer berry provides the most intense color effect. Sheer Glow is the most subtle, followed by Sheer Pink. I really like Sheer Coral. This is a beautiful peachy nude that looks very fresh and youthful. They are all great.
It’s not cheap at £72, but if you can afford it, I don’t think you’ll regret this purchase.
