I’m still on a bright lip kick!Beautiful warm colors today 381 Chloe by Laura Mercierand it’s from her Petal Soft Lipstick Crayon collection, a line of twist-up matte lipsticks.
I like this line’s matte lipsticks because the finish is flat but not too harsh. You get the matte effect without the weight of a true flat mat. The brightness is vivid, but not overwhelmingly strong. I think it’s an approachable way to express reds, corals, and hot pinks.
Anyway, my neighborhood is decorated for the festival, so I’ve been having a lot of fun taking pictures outside lately.
A great example of this is when you stand in front of a tree decorated with ornaments, it looks like you’re surrounded by sparkling floating planets.
I love this little Santa in my neighbor’s garden. Has he just arrived? Or will he leave? I think only Santa knows that!
Oh, and if you happen to find a red berry wreath and stand in front of it at a certain angle, it will look like you’re wearing a crown that the magical creatures of the forest have made especially for you. .
I’m about to take this red lipstick with me on a trip to do some Christmas errands. 🙂
