Overview of formulas
$27.00/0.1oz – $270.00 per ounce
The formula is supposed to be “light as a feather” and dries to a “beautiful finish that lasts all day.” It is described as “stain-resistant, crumb-resistant, non-drying, and does not feel chalky or crumble.” A lightweight, thin, and spreadable liquid lipstick that dries to a matte finish that doesn’t feel heavy or noticeably sink into deep lip lines.
Pigmentation varied from translucent to opaque, but generally wasn’t all that boomy. It’s pigmented, just like most liquid lipsticks on the market. That could be a big plus for those who prefer sheer or prefer to use this type of product as a stain. The texture is very thin, but it spreads well and was easy to use.
Most of the shades lasted for 5-7 hours on me and didn’t feel drying over time. They gradually/regularly decreased and did not transition until meals.
When it comes to formulas by Lisa Eldridge, I felt like this particular formula wasn’t as innovative or interesting as past releases. It felt similar to the more modern liquid lipsticks that have been released in the past that dry to a matte finish.
