My review of L’Oreal Paris Paradise Le Shadow Stick

The Le Shadow Stick is a creamy eyeshadow crayon that is very easy to use, designed to be lovely and last. I have tried several shades and was quite impressed.
First impression:
The packaging is sophisticated and practical, making it easy to put in your make-up bag and zip. There is a twisted mechanism, simply drawing the colours and then blending.
Applications and Textures:
The shadow stick has a lovely creamy texture and the colours are easy to slip on the skin. It takes a little time to move and blend products before setting down, but the sooner you blend, the easier it will be.
The stick uses a water-based gel formula. There is a bit of glycerin there, which helps to maintain a light hydration in the skin.
If you’re looking for a skincare eyelid formula, check me out Reeson Beauty Lid Elixir* or Ilia Shadow Sticks (reviews and sample here).
Performance and lifespan:
I was really impressed by the durability of the Le Shadow Stick. The colour is true throughout the day, and even the rather oily lids without primers have very minimal movement and creases.
Shade Range:

I really love the range of shades and there is no single color I don’t use. I think they are all very beautiful! The things I’ve tried so far are magnetic mauve and inhibitory copper, and I love both of them. Foiled copper is a little more perfect for statements.

As you can see from the sample above, some of the shades are more pigmented than other colors. If you prefer a lighter finish, choose a shade such as ice rose or Mezumeri-sized gold.
