So…what is Monday’s vote?
Great question! Despite the name, it’s not an actual vote, like a little clicky button.This is just a list of more or less random questions that I have posted on this blog every Monday morning for the past thousand years (since 2007).
1. Flare pants or flower crown?
Give me a flare anytime! Flower crowns make my forehead itchy.
2. What is your favorite painting?
Van Gogh’s Starry Night. I love the movement of the night sky and the shades of blue.
3. Scented body lotion – yes or no?
This used to be an all-caps “YES” for me, but lately it’s been hard because of the migraines. I know that certain scents give me headaches, so I’m keeping it unscented, at least for now.
4. Are you currently working on something difficult?
Hmm, let me think about it. What I’ve been challenging myself lately is understanding all the different people I interact with at work. Can I just say that some people are really rude in email exchanges? I don’t think everyone understands that using honey can increase the number of bees so much.
5. Is there anything on your to-do list this week?
Get ready for Connor’s birthday on Saturday and his birthday party on Sunday! Consider whether that ottoman you bought yesterday on a whim at Marshalls is too small, and whether you’ll eventually need to buy a bigger one (all signs point to yes). My body needs vegetables, so eat salads.
