So…what is Monday’s vote?
Great question! Despite the name, it’s not an actual vote, like a little clicky button.This is just a list of more or less random questions that I have posted on this blog every Monday morning for the past thousand years (since 2007).
1. French braid or high pony?
Hmm, I don’t know. Maybe it’s the style that makes you the least irritated when you get a migraine? In that case, I think I would choose High Pony.
2. What time did you wake up this morning?
It’s only 6am and I could have used an extra hour or two of sleep.
3. How do you like to apply eyeliner?
Lately, I’ve only been lining the upper part of my eyelids. Last year, I started feeling like my lower eyelid liner was a little tight. In fact, now that I think about it, I feel like a lot of the techniques I was doing looked like that. Anyway, liner. If you don’t have time, just draw the top waterline, but if you have a little extra time, trace a thin cat eye along the top lashes.
4. What has excited you recently?
We held Connor’s birthday party at our house yesterday. At one point it was so noisy in the house with screaming, laughing, and barking (the kids were pretending they were stray animals that needed rescuing, haha)! It was truly amazing.
5. Is there anything in my makeup bag that needs to be replaced?
Okay, there are a lot of things. I have to hurry and stop by the beauty counter! Anyway, I’m in desperate need of a new eyebrow pencil, and the Hour Glass twist up liner I use every day has worn off every last bit. You can also use new mascara. And lipstick! And blush.
