So…what is Monday’s vote?
Great question! Despite the name, it’s not an actual vote, like a little clicky button. This is just a list of more or less random questions that I have posted on this blog every Monday morning for the past thousand years (since 2007).
1. Is it a mountain or a desert?
A place with mountains, ideally millions of greenery, rivers and lakes. Sure, my allergies will probably go crazy, but at least my heart will be happy.
2. Are you doing anything in 2025?
Make decisions from a place of optimism rather than fear. We often find ourselves worrying unnecessarily about everything involved and the details that can go wrong. I don’t want to be trapped by fear anymore. Life is too short.
3. How easily do you cry?
I’m 100% a crybaby. But what do you know? It’s not necessarily because it’s sad. When I feel angry, frustrated, or anxious, my body releases what it needs through tears. My butt hurts somehow.
4. What shampoo and hair conditioner do you use often these days?
I’ve been buying Fairy Tales Rosemary Repel Shampoo and Conditioner in extra large bottles since fall. Lice infestations occur in all elementary schools, and pediatricians say they usually slow down in the winter, but I’m very concerned about that.
5. What is your favorite instrumental music?
“Light of the Moon” by Claude Debussy.
