OSEA Launches Hyaluronic Acid Body Serum
Seaweed-infused skincare brand OSEA launched its latest offering, a hyaluronic acid body serum, earlier this month. Founded in 1996, the brand is committed to making clean, effective beauty products and is climate neutral and ocean positive certified. It also partners with TerraCycle to offer a recycling program for skincare packaging at its Los Angeles brick-and-mortar store.
The new Hyaluronic Acid Body Serum is formulated with natural ingredients including five molecular weight hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, vegan peptides, green microalgae, blue-green algae and aloe to nourish, smooth and hydrate skin. OSEA reports that the serum is “clinically proven to instantly increase skin hydration by 161%” after just one use, based on third-party clinical studies.

Peace Out Skincare launches Redness + Clarifying Mist
Peace Out Skincare’s newest product, which launched on May 21, is “designed to reduce redness and excess oil for even the most sensitive skin types and conditions, including eczema, dermatitis, and rosacea,” said Dr. Carol Chen, a board-certified dermatologist and pediatric dermatologist who is a clinical assistant professor of dermatology at the University of California, Los Angeles and a partner at Peace Out Dermatology.
