This mascara went straight into my makeup bag after testing it out for the first time. Here’s an overview of the new Milk Makeup Rise Waterproof Mascara that just launched. We also have photos and application videos, so please take a look.
What is Milk Makeup Rise Waterproof Mascara?
Milk makeup released rise mascara* In 2022, I love it but I don’t feel like writing, but as soon as I try this new thing waterproof version*, I knew it deserved to be featured on the blog.
The new products this time are:
- lengthening mascara
- Designed to give a natural contour
- Condition with a blend of sunflower, berry, candelilla, and carnauba wax.
- soft and light texture
- Extends length and adds subtle volume
- lift and hold curls
- Mineral pigments create a rich, black finish
- Film-forming agents create a waterproof finish that allows for long-term wear.
Before and after photos
When I try mascara for the first time, I usually take before and after pictures of 1 coat, 2 coats, and 3 coats, but this time I tried it for the first time in a video, so I only have after pictures, sorry!

Milk Makeup Rise Waterproof Mascara was very easy to apply. I often have a hard time applying mascara because I’m clumsy and end up with a lot of mascara on my eyelids, but this was really painless.
The brush grips your lashes, giving them a nice lift that stays put all day long. Every time I looked in the mirror, I thought my eyelashes were really beautiful!
I tend to avoid powder and like a really wet look, so I find that regular mascaras can move around a bit and transfer over and under the eyes, but this mascara is waterproof. Thanks to the film forming agent, it didn’t budge.
The pigment is super black and locks your curls in place until you remove them. And it is important to note that even though this is a waterproof and long-lasting formula, it is very easy to remove.
I use my usual oil cleansers and cleansing balms to remove dirt, especially the new Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Cleansing Gelée, and it comes off really easily.
