As I write this, it’s still the middle of the week, so Mani Monday still applies, right? On my days off, I have lots of ideas in my head for things to blog about, but I end up doing other things and needing a nap. Then it’s 4pm, I have to start thinking about dinner, and before I know it, my day is over. I’ve also been pretty quiet on my IG stories when it comes to beauty content, and I really don’t know why. I’ve been using all sorts of fun stuff, but I miss posting about it or I’m just too tired and don’t have the energy to share anything beauty related. Admittedly, August was a very stressful time, but I’m still recovering, so I took naps when I needed to, went online shopping, cleaned, and lost some of the stuff I lost in the last month of summer. I’m giving myself time to “grieve” and self-care time. Or play Lego. I don’t have any plans to increase the content of my blog at the moment, but maybe around October? It’s Cosmetic Proof’s 12th anniversary, so I’d like to at least step up for the next month!
But for today’s nail art, I wanted a fall shade, so I thought the #Virgoals would be more opaque, so I was glad I already had an opaque base color underneath. I created the design using nail art stencils/decals and am very happy with how it turned out.
