I’m still not feeling well. I’m still very tired, and although my inventory has gone well, I still feel like I’m catching up on work and life. When the workplace was quiet, he spent an hour of quiet time to actually enjoy Chaumet’s online training, which was actually very interesting. I love reading about the features and benefits of new products, so I often tell myself to only do this kind of reading at work and not at home.

I could have gotten my nails done on Sunday night, but I didn’t have that, so my Mani Monday fell on today, which I don’t think anyone else has recorded except me. I wanted to sneak in another heart-themed manicure this month, and “heartbeat nails” have been on my mind for a while. I’m happy with the results. Essie’s base shade had aged a little and was a bit sticky, so it was especially sloppy to apply around the cuticle (I had to touch it up completely with an eyeliner brush). This was my first time using this Valentine’s Day glitter and I have to say I loved the combination of chunky pink glitter and fine pink glitter. I drew a heartbeat with a thin brush and dotted it with red hearts. I think the manicure would have been pretty boring without the glitter in the background, so I’m glad I chose it!
