I’m cheating a bit here because I was going to post this last Monday, but by the time I realized I hadn’t posted about Mani Monday it was already Friday and there didn’t seem to be much point in posting. Honestly, I don’t know when I’ll get back into the beauty blogging habit. Work has become a psychological game since August and I keep saying I just want it to be over quickly so I can get some sleep back and take care of myself, but that feeling tells me it will end soon. I don’t think so. DST has made my fatigue even worse, and although I feel most productive at work right now (since it’s the start of the busy season), I’m a little sad that I don’t have anything to go home to. Laundry and grocery shopping are extra tasks that I don’t have time for. Even last month, I started October with a bullet journal on October 23rd. I didn’t even realize I hadn’t prepared for a month!

This month’s theme is “Anything Goes” so it was actually my Paris nails! I wanted to wear something neutral that wouldn’t fall apart. When I used this as a base shade on my Thanksgiving nails, the shade OPI Gemini and I noticed no chips after a week and wanted to incorporate it into my manicure somehow. She also wanted to wear Biosculpture’s new base shade caramel, so this manicure was born from these two requests.

About my nails:

(base coat) OPI Nail Envy Pink to Envy*

(base color) Dusk Biological Sculpture Dust*

(design) OPI Infinite Shine Gemini and Me*

(Top coat) CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat*
