Patrick Ta added his new shade Double take on cream and powder blush ($38 each) and Plumping lip gloss with plenty of volume ($26 each).they just sephora I created some new shades because they looked so pretty and fresh for spring. There are some hits and misses when it comes to new colors.
Double take on cream and powder blush
There are 3 new colors Double take on cream and powder blush. Based on the online descriptions and photos, I thought they might not suit my skin tone, but I was interested in trying all three.
For first-timers, each compact contains a cream and a powder. I learned today that my traditional method of applying cream first and then finishing with powder is not the correct way to use these blush duos, but even after trying both methods, I still like this I prefer the method.
According to Patrick Ta, this color is created by first applying powder and then applying cream on top to create a dewy finish and lock in the color of the powder. A lot of his powders look very sheer on my bare skin, but they really pop on top of the powder! If he has his Blush Duo, I’d love to know how he uses it.
Just right is a baby pink blush duo. Since it is a milky color, it feels light and powdery when applied to the skin. I think it’s perfect for layering like Gucci Beauty True Pink. If you have light or fair skin, I think you’ll really love this.
she is in the moment It has a peach-like orange color. This is a really cute duo and I think it would be really beautiful in the warmer months.
not too much It’s a neutral rose brown beige mix. This is the perfect everyday neutral combination. It’s a little more pink on my skin, but it has enough beige/brown undertones that it looks more natural. I love this duo.
Plumping lip gloss with plenty of volume
Patrick Ta added his new shade Plumping lip gloss with plenty of volume With a richer pigment formula. This time the color definitely has more pigment. I don’t know if my lips have become more sensitive or if they have changed the formula as the new shade is a bit stinging on my lips. I accidentally put it on my tongue and it felt like it was on fire! The tingling isn’t so painful that you have to remove it, it’s just strong.
In terms of plumping, it makes my lips look pretty plump within minutes.
I ordered 3 of the 5 new colors.
refrain from speaking It’s a milky pink and it’s too thin to apply on your lips, but when I mix it with his sheer red. full syringeI can make it work.
need her A neutral rose pink perfect for everyday wear. 100% love.
