I guess I’m too old to reference this material because I had no idea what a 21st Century Xenon Girl was so I had to Google it. We ended up laughing at this clip of a girl repeating her Zetus Lapetus over and over again. Since then, I have referred to it many times. Anyway, Zetus Lapetus polish has a light blue crelly base with sapphire/raspberry/pink/purple glitter applied in various hexagonal shapes with holo silver flakes. I really want the larger pink and purple glitter in this one. I found that it took just two coats to get full opacity, but all the glitter dries down to a lot of texture, so I busted it up with a top coat to smooth out the glitter. please.
