This year’s awards include 40 categories across bath & body, fragrance, hair, skin care, makeup, wellness, and independent brands. Additionally, there are committee-voted categories such as the Sustainability Excellence Award (sponsored by DSM-Firmenich) and Supplier Award: Ingredients and Formulation (sponsored by NYSCC). According to the CEW Awards website, the Supplier Award recognizes “natural and/or synthetic ingredients or formulations that demonstrate new technology and innovation.”
Event Highlights and 2024 Finalists
On the evening of May 1, NYSCC celebrated “the future of beauty” with a Met Gala-inspired event “filled with experiential art, Afro-Latin culture, and contemporary historical performances” at La Van Midtown. , details can be found in the event’s press release.
