Forests for the Future™: 29 million trees and growth
Every time I buy a retail product from Eminence Organic, I do more than invest in my skin. You are planting Future™ initiatives in our forests.
In a partnership with Trees For the Future, the initiative will support farmers in developing countries by providing education and resources to grow forest gardens, as well as the health of the soil, feeding families and building long-term livelihoods.
And the impact continues to increase.
With your help we planted over 29 million trees! Your support has helped us train over 6,000 farmers, provide food and dignified work to communities around the world, restore the soil and build a more sustainable future.
Regeneration under the waves
Now we are furthering our commitment to revitalization by expanding our commitment to recovery agriculture under the ocean! By partnering with veritrediversified planting to include kelp in the Pacific Northwest of Kenya and Brazil. The first project using Veritree planted over 599,000 kelp in BC, Canada.
Here’s why:
- Kelp provides habitat for 10% of coastal marine life
- 25% of coastal species are supported by kelp
- Kelp helps to reduce wave size by 60% (limits its impact on humans!)
- Kelp absorbs CO2 and converts it into organic matter

What is another way of saying we restore the ocean? By partnering with I care To restore coral reefs with Florida keys. was founded by Dr. Kylie Smith and Mike GoldbergI.Care is a major force in reef restoration to combine education, science and community to heal the ocean.
Their groundbreaking model has already trained thousands of recreational divers with coral implants, reintroducing over 10,000 temperature-resistant corals into damaged coral reefs. It also helped restore important marine ecosystems through award-winning community-based conservation.
To experience their work firsthand, we have the CEO of Eminence Organic. Boldijarre Koronczay We set out on a journey to Florida Keys. Boldijarre was immersed in this pioneering coral restoration project, beginning with education. He began by learning about the important role of coral reefs in the health of our planet and learning skills essential for underwater conservation.
Then it’s time to go to work! Boldijarre plunged under the waves and dived 40 feet below the surface with his distinctive apron and hat, helping to implant a fragment of the thermotolerant coral. These fragments are being reintroduced to restore biodiversity, improve coral reef health, and protect marine ecosystems for future generations.
Our Holiday Gift
