This week’s frank mental health episode talks about my journey using medicine and some of what I learned on the way. Note that the medicine is incorrect for everyone, but it may be a very useful aspect of getting better. We are all different and we need to consult an expert about appropriate advice.
I will tell you during the episode:
- He helped me for years, but eventually needed to change me
- Reasons why you need to stop blaming for fear of mental hygiene medicine
- How to navigate menopause and anxiety, and why mental health drugs are not the answer
- Why were I going to Benzodia Zapen and suggested that it was safe and safe?
- Google is a really bad idea if you are worried about pharmacotherapy and why you need to trust psychiatrists.
- Why isn’t it always easy to go with these kinds of pills?
I’m not an expert, but my experience and research. If you are wondering if the medicine may help you, start with your GP. If you feel that you can’t provide the necessary information, ask a psychiatrist or ask for it directly.
