Hello, hello! How is your week going? It’s going to be a long work week as I have to work 10 days in a row for the Pen Show. Luckily I don’t have to travel this time. The Polish Pickup starts a little late this month, but this is the last Pickup before the July Rewind, where polishes from the previous month are re-released based on demand (and brands’ ability to source the necessary materials).

This month’s theme is cartoons, which I’m very excited about. I’m a very old-fashioned guy, I watched Looney Tunes as a kid and I still watch cartoons to this day. The inspiration this month is almost endless. Wishlists are already available, so get your cart ready!

The shop is officially It begins on Friday, June 7th at 11:00 AM ET and ends on Monday, June 10th at 11:59 PM ET. (However, if a polish with a bottle limit sells out before the pre-order period ends, it is sold out, unless you are lucky and the limit is increased. The limit may be increased, but Facebook Groups Please see the PPU website for the notice.

Noodles Nail Polish Use Your Noodle (2 coats: 1 coat of Glitter Smoothing Top Coat and 1 coat of QDTC)

Inspiration: PB&J Otter

Price: $12

Bottle limit: 200 bottles

Honestly, I had to look up PB&J Otter. No wonder I didn’t remember it since I was a bit younger (it debuted in 1998). That being said, Use Your Noodle is a beautiful deep violet jelly base with violet/red/purple shifting flakes and fuchsia/pink/magenta/purple hexagonal glitter. So soft! I thought I would need 3 coats because it’s jelly, but 2 was enough and applied perfectly. I found it easier to apply the first coat with a bit of glitter and flakes, then apply the second coat in normal strokes. Because of the flakes and glitter, it leaves a nice texture when it dries, so I recommend applying a top coat to smooth out the glitter, then a quick-drying top coat for a glass-like finish. Otherwise, you’ll feel the polish still on your nail and the polish may “eat” the top coat a bit. I love it!

Don’t forget, there is a bottle limit for this product, so if you are interested, don’t wait too long to purchase. yesFor more information on Noodles Nail Polish, Website, Instagram page, Facebook pageand Facebook Fan Group.
