Overview of calculation formulas

$12.39/0.08oz – $154.88 per ounce

The lipstick is said to have 8-hour wear, no transfer, “vibrant matte color” and “nude lip feel.” According to the brand, it should “deliver an opaque matte color in one coat.” Well, it is difficult to “coat” the physical lipstick as it is very hard, stiff and drying. So I couldn’t get an even, fluid one coat and had to really tug and tug painfully. My lips really blend the colors together.

I recommend using a lip brush or first running the top layer of lipstick with the back of your hand to soften/warm it up. Doing so made my lips slightly softer, but it is still one of the harder lipsticks I have chosen. ” I tried it and had an unpleasant experience.

It felt very light, but the matte formula felt sticky, making my lips look dry, accentuating their texture, and making them feel dry. If your lips aren’t naturally smooth, it may be difficult to make them even and smooth even with exfoliation.

Once I got past the hardness, it went from translucent to opaque in color and was durable and transfer-resistant, so it was safe to use while eating. Most of the shades also smudged to some extent, which helped extend the life of the lipstick and keep it looking good as it wears out.

The formula was light and dry overall, but not as dry as I expected (not so dry that it felt clingy). I feel like it had no scent or taste.
