Well, I’ve been tempted again. I went to the Cezanne website and ordered a ton of products, knowing that everything there would almost certainly make me look like a 20-year-old Parisian kitten from the ’70s.

It arrived, I unwrapped it from the very beautiful paper and immediately tried everything on. Did I look like a 20-year-old Paris kitten from the 70s?

Mysnon.

Maybe I’m not twenty anymore, and my breasts, while absolutely fine, don’t have the full, rounded fullness that makes a standard cotton Henley T-shirt the most flattering garment. It may have something to do with the fact that ever created. Exhibit A:

Cezanne is truly a master of the almost magical styling and presentation of cool French clothing. They seem to be at the pinnacle of branding success with their ability to choose the right models and do their hair and makeup in the right way. The girls they use in their campaigns can look like garbage bags.

(That said, I don’t know how they were able to make the “Brut sexy” jeans look so good in the photo. The actual jeans don’t match any part of my anatomy. (This seems like a complete contradiction.)

cezanne make really very nice thing. But, at least for me, the reality of trying on clothes is a far cry from the fantasy you indulge in when browsing the site.because yesoversized shirts are gorgeous, but would you really wear them unbuttoned and down to your belly button (from both the top and bottom) without a bra?

Anyway, I’m completely addicted to it, so hats off to you. It’s hard not to be seduced by Sam McKnight’s photo of the model looking effortlessly cool and youthful with her hair perfectly undone. Un Petit Pou Kittenish. Even as I type this post, I have another tab open. Their new seasonal collection was just released today. And my basket already has at least five items that instantly turn me into the kind of girl who never wears thermal leggings, has an inherited apartment in the 7th arrondissement, and never has to unzip her jeans after lunch. You can change it to .

I know they will.

Here it is little video Here are some of the items I tried on with this special Cezanne order. I’m not a big eater who takes punishment, so stay tuned for the inevitable next article… If you’re reading this with an email subscription, the video is at the end of the post.

I tried:

Slim Parfait Jeans Light Blue, Size 12 – £95 here* – We are considering continuing this service, but please let us know your opinions.

Max shirt, very light denim, size 8. £95 here* – Once I considered saving it, I found at least three ways to wear it. However, “undressed” or “wearing lace shorts” do not count as costumes, so this is not included. Because I want all shirt makers to know this.

Brut sexy jeans, indigo, size 10. £95 here* – non, non, non.

Trecliché T-shirtsmall, £50 here* – Oi oi oi! in storage.

Milo T-shirt55 lbs. here* – probably Non, unless you look dramatically better wearing a push-up bra. (It’s a possibility, but I won’t rule it out. I’ll update.)

Theodora T-shirt60 lbs. here* – Non.
