Happy New Year, friend! I truly believe that 2025 is full of great things: health, joy, and adventure.

Connor and I spent the last day of 2024 immersed in art. SF Museum of Modern Art, Also known as SF MOMA, it’s one of our favorite places in the world, home to some of our favorite people.

Being surrounded by beautiful art and kind friends has enriched my heart. This was the perfect way to end the year.

We were there mainly amy sherald Exhibit; you may know her from her famous painting of First Lady Michelle Obama.

My favorite painting in the exhibit depicts a young woman and her bicycle on a summer day. Its name is “A Midsummer Afternoon Dream.”

“Innocent You, Innocent Me” is Connor’s favorite.

We discovered some exciting new artists. Yayoi KusamaI make a lot of colorful pieces, especially those with polka dots.

There was a very trippy room that she had made with crazy colors and glass.

I loved this mural too. Jennifer K. Wofford About Vicki Manalo Draves, a Filipino from the Bay Area and the first Asian American gold medalist.

This origami work was fun. Write down the dream you want to achieve on paper and add it to your other dreams.

I love exhibits that allow you to interact with art in some way, like this color tunnel…

The girls, myself included, had a lot of fun walking through this gold beaded curtain (lol)!

We will deliver a good atmosphere for 2025!

Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,

Karen
