At the beginning of this summer, I was very organized and planned out all the masks I needed to use and shared all the most interesting ones among the many sheet masks. Just like in 2022, something not so good happened in August and my plans to stay motivated were derailed, and since then I have not been able to decide whether I was “abandoned by beauty” or vice versa. yeah. It seems like people are less interested in beauty products these days, but that’s not the case, right?
Also, I feel like there was a time when there were a lot of innovative sheet masks on the Asian side and on the North American side, but now the sheet masks that I thought were cool no longer exist. why? ! I’m feeling this feeling more and more as I go through my stash. I’m very disappointed that much of what I’m talking about may not be available anymore, but it’s still such a great experience with the sheets that I still want to share it. masking!

What’s special about this mask? The fabric of this sheet mask is 100% microfiber, super luxurious and smooth material that is velvety soft and adheres to your skin without irritation. By the way, when did sheet masks start making me feel rough and stinging? The name of the mask refers to a “cocktail”, in this case a “shot” of whitening glutathione and niacinamide.

Essence type: It was interesting that it was a little oily!

Mask fit: The mustache and eye area were a little thick, so it felt like pieces of the mask were hitting my mouth or eyelids.
Stickiness: none! In fact, as the name of the mask suggests, my skin felt very soft, smooth, and velvety.

Other notes: Since the essence is oily, I thought it would leave my skin greasy, but I was surprised at how pleasant it felt!

What’s special about this mask? This is a combination of moisturizing hyaluronic acid and “detoxifying” BHA with willow bark extract and the gentle chemical exfoliant gluconolactone. This mask also softens and brightens the skin as a product of the “toxin” part of the mask.

What’s special about this mask? This mask is a double punch of hydration with a bamboo fiber sheet on the top and an elastic bump sheet on the bottom that’s more like a “party” than an “elastic bump sheet that tightens your face lines.” This mask contains soy-derived PPC (phosphatidylcholine), which is said to destroy fat cells, but I think it’s only effective when injected into the skin rather than applied topically. The essence also contains pumpkin extract to smooth the skin and adenosine and green tea extract to rejuvenate and refresh the skin.

I’m not sure how effective the “bump” was, but it definitely made the sheet masking experience more interesting.

Final verdict: There are still brands that have been around for 23 years, but unfortunately these sheet masks seem to have been discontinued. It’s a shame because all three were really great and made my skin feel and look better. The material of the mask was soft and comfortable and the concept behind the mask was very unique. After checking out all these reviews, I hope I can share more modern sheet masks because I feel like I’m living somewhere in the past, especially when it comes to Asian sheet masks.
