Ah, it’s Sunday and I’m having an incredibly slow morning writing this post because I’m super tired from work this week. A lot has happened and we’re shorthanded, but at least there hasn’t been any ridiculous drama I’ve had to deal with at work!
For this week’s Sheet Mask Sunday, we look at a classic Korean skincare brand that has been a favorite for years, and we’re so happy to see that it’s still surviving and thriving after all these years. Mediheal It’s been a staple in my sheet mask routine for as long as I can remember, and while the packaging has changed, the products are still affordable and of great quality.
EGT Ampoule Mask
What’s so special about this mask? EGT stands for “Enriched Glowing Tension” and this mask is focused on firming, tightening and nourishing the skin, using Mediheal’s proprietary HYDRODEEPER complex to improve skin hydration and maintain a healthy skin barrier. Looking at the solid ingredients list, we suspect Adenosine and several peptides are the “most effective” ones.
The sheet mask itself is made from 100% bamboo cellulose, which makes it super soft and silky to the touch, and it holds the essence really well, so you feel comfortable and hydrated while wearing it.

Mask Fit: Other than bending my nose up a bit, this mask fit my face perfectly!
Stickiness: Nothing, but I had to wait at least an hour for it all to be absorbed.

NMF Ampoule Mask
What’s so special about this mask? This mask is all about hydration, hydration and more hydration. It contains 8 different types/sizes of hyaluronic acid, amino acids and HYDRODEEPER complex.
This is a “cotton linter” mask, a cotton/wool blend, embossed with the MEDIHEAL logo – if you look closely on the cheek you’ll see the logo which is also the real symbol.

function: Relieves dry skin and boosts hydration levels
scent: Cotton-like
Essence type: Transparent, slightly viscous
interval: half an hour
thickness: Thin and soft
Mask Fit: With this product, there is no need to fold over the nose area, so it fits perfectly.
Stickiness: No, but it took a few hours for the essence to be absorbed.
Hydration: Very good!

Final Verdict: I’m sure I’ll use this mask again in the future and I probably still have the old packaging lying around the house somewhere, but this mask was amazing and I think anyone could enjoy it, as long as you don’t really hate waiting for the stickiness to go away!
