what i bought
This will take you back to the archive cream shop I’ve been a little lazy about sheet masking this past week, so I wore a mask. When I want to review a new sheet mask for you guys, I try to write down everything I observe while I’m wearing the mask and immediately after I take it off. All of this requires mental effort and isn’t quite as relaxing as enjoying a sheet mask straight up, but I’m hoping the rest of this month is a little better in terms of enjoying beauty products.
What’s special about this mask? This mask contains beta glucan for brightening properties, rose water and cica for soothing properties, violet oil to improve skin texture, and of course, hyaluronic acid. Unfortunately, there are no fun prints on this mask. The position of the ingredients in the list is ok, not great, but not bad considering the value for money.
I hope that someday The Creme Shope will adjust the shape of the mask a bit. Because that’s probably the worst thing about the mask. I always look very sad when I wear them and they tend to wrinkle quite a bit.
Mask overview:
price: $7.99 CDN per box of 3 from winners
function: Soothes, moisturizes and plumps the skin
scent: rose
Essence type: transparent and slightly viscous
interval: Usually 10-15 minutes. I tried it for 20 minutes, but the mask was a bit dry.
Thickness: medium
Mask fit: Very long “mustache” area and wide lower half of the mask
Stickiness: zero
Hydration: necessary moisturizer
Other notes: Not applicable
Final verdict: It’s not my favorite mask from TCS, but it’s also not the worst mask I’ve used. There are other masks out there that are more fun and moisturizing, but what I’m saying is that if you don’t like your skin feeling oily, you can definitely use this mask and layer it with something stronger like an oil. This means that it can provide moisture.
