As soon as I heard about this new launch from Australian sunscreen brand Ultra Violet, I knew I had to try it. It’s all about SPF glow and that’s what I’m here for!Here, we’ll tell you more about the latest Ultra Violette Queen Screen Super Glow Drops.
What are Ultra Violet Queen Screen Super Glow Drops?
This new launch of Ultra Violette is here to change the fact that makeup and SPF don’t mix well.
In the past, mixing makeup and SPF has been proven to negatively impact the level of sun protection you get from SPF products.
The good news is that this new hybrid product is specially formulated to be mixed with or layered on top of SPF products without compromising sunscreen effectiveness.
Available in two shades: Illumination and Bronze.
How to use Ultra Violet Queen Screen Super Glow Drops
You can mix or layer it with your favorite daily SPF. It can be used all over the face to add shine, highlight and contour.

This new glow drop formula comes in two options: Illuminating and Bronzing.
This is glow drop illumination.
It has a beautiful light texture that glides easily over the skin. As you can see, it has fine glitter in it that gives it a sparkle. You can see the glitter left in the bronzer swatch photo below. It has a very pretty finish, but if you don’t like shimmer, you might prefer the bronze version.

This also has a nice light texture that blends easily. I find that I use a light layer all over my face under my foundation to give it a bit of underglow and warmth.
my review
I knew I was going to love these new drops. I love glow, but I never want to compromise on sunscreen, so these are the perfect solution for me. Both formulas have a unique SPF 50 sun protection effect, so they won’t dilute your protection level. It has also been tested with a skin screen SPF and the formula is proven to not break up and provide patchy protection.
I’m a huge fan of the original Queen Screen formula, which was in the original range when the brand first launched here in the UK. The Glow He drops have a similar light texture, but perhaps with a very slightly matte finish, perfect for layering.
Both formulas dry quickly. This means that it works very well under his daily SPF and makeup of choice, and the base does not turn into an emollient or become slippery.
The texture is ideal for mixing with SPF and does not affect the finish of the skin. And of course, you can simply use it as a makeup product, bronze or highlight, and even add SPF50.
I’m looking forward to playing with these more. As I mentioned in the swatches section, the illuminating formula contains tiny micro glitters, so if that’s not your thing, you might not like it. I think it has a very beautiful finish.
